Nice staff but completely ruined my hair... I wanted to get treatment before my wedding, but instead of leaving my hair in better condition than they were, the hairdresser made my hair look worse. My ends looked like hell after the visit and they seemed very rough when I touched them even tough they were supposed to feel softer. I wasn't supposed to get my ends cut but the hairdresser convinced me, I paid extra £30 and my hair looked worse than at the beginning, it would be better if I stayed home.
