Full head highlights, 2 hairdressers worked on me at the same time so it was done very quickly. I only had a trim but some of it looks a bit uneven now I’m styling it myself, however not a big issue as my hairs normally worn curly. Staff were very friendly and offered refreshments - there were old lipsticks marks on my cup. I also had a toner after the service which is quite standard when you’re blonde but it was £25 which I thought was quite pricey. The overall colour however I’m very happy with, and I shall return
