Attentive friendly staff, managed to squeeze me in earlier than booked. Wash was good, she was knowledgeable about cut and as I find haircuts nerve wracking she checked with me before she cut large sections to see if I was ok with it which was nice. The dry was a rough dry then finished with a brush- because of this, the next day I woke up and my hair was really messy. I assume if you book for an actual blow dry it holds better. I wasn't going anywhere after so it didn't matter to me. Really good value.

Blow Dry
Really good haircut - she really seemed to understand what I was after and I was really pleased with the cut! Only problem was that they mixed up my appointments - booked via treatwell for 10am, the salon then phoned saying that slot wasn't actually free so could I do 9am, but when I arrived the salon was still shut and I had to call back later. They gave me a slot at 12 same day and did apologise but it was frustrating, so I'm just glad I actually liked the haircut to make it worth it!
