I booked in for a wash & cut on Saturday morning. I was really happy with the overall experience. Eden, the lovely lady who cut my hair, was super friendly, chatty and very skilled at cutting my hair. I feel like she made sure to get a good idea of what I was looking for and the cut was just what I wanted. She talked through different products which would suit my hair type and the head massage with the wash was lovely! I ended up having a blow dry, too, and left feeling very happy with my bouncy new do! I’d definitely recommended Beautyworks, and lovely Eden, for quality and value. I’ll be back again for my next haircut for sure

I booked a last minute quick haircut. The place was a little messy (colour product stains on the cream chairs, wet towel on the shelf where I was asked to sit, children playing) I don't have anything against children, I just find the place too small and not very appropriate for them to play.
The hairstylist didn't seem to have seen my booking but took me in anyway, she asked a lot of questions to understand why I was using treatwell and repeated a few times I should go directly to them next time and thwy would give me the same deal. I had this before at other places as well which I find a bit uncomfortable.
Haircut was ok, it was just a trim so nothing exceptional.

Fantastic haircut/blowdry with a wonderful head massage thrown in. So friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Definitely recommend and I look forward to going back!
