Booked for eyelash extensions only to have the salon cancel a day later as they don't do at this venue. Now too late to book elsewhere before my hol. This is the second time this has happened with this venue. Why on earth they list eyelashes as an available treatment and allow you to book online confuses me massively. lady on phone seemed to suggest it was my fault and no apology!

I was treated like a regular, made very welcome, had a full discussion about what I wanted and what would be possible. Andy was amazing, he put in so much effort and skill and made me feel like a million dollars when I left. Would definitely recommend them and will be going again soon.
