The haircut and hair treatment were really good. The hairdresser was skilled and gave me the best haircut I've had for a while. The hair treatment left my hair soft and shiny. I will be back!

Writing this review as I only chose this salon because of the good reviews and I am incredibly disappointed with my treatment. I booked in for balayage with Andy. I did not get Andy, but another stylist who didn't listen to what I wanted dispite showing her images. I came out with a colour too light and a stripe of dye near my roots. I'd asked for suns kissed balayage not poroxide blonde. When I said it was too light she added a toner and had the cheek to charge me extra for this.
I went back the next day to get it fixed, but despite the manager saying she would correct it she then got the same stylist to do it again. They added brown dye to correct the hair so it looked like it was before I came in.
I now have similar, but worse hair than I before I came in and it's now completely damaged. I am also £125 worse off for this!!!!

I really enjoyed my Sunday afternoon wash cut and blow dry -Andy was a thorough professional and I am really pleased with the results. My layers were thoroughly discussed before proceeding (as well as how much I wanted to take off)..really enjoyed the experience as well as the lovely tea! The blowdry was one of the best I ever had and it is still looking good four days later. Mucho gracias Treatwell, I am sure to return here and tell my friends about them.
