The place wasn't very clean. The haircut was ok but the blow dry was the most horrible i have had in my life. I wanted to get my ends curled, to give my hair a nice natural look as it is naturally very straight. She Let me looking like an 80 year old woman. So horrible, and painful thought.

I haven't been to a hairdressers in years and yesterday for no reason I decided it was time - I took my chances on a local hairdressers and was very satisfied! The staff were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable! In my 1 hour hair cut I learnt so much about hair !! Afterwards I felt like a celebrity with bouncing locks ! My hair feels healthy and squeaky clean and the cut I was given suits me well. I would recommend this hairdressers highly as the lady who cut my hair made me feel very safe in her hands (or scissors - I have very long thick hair which some people find hard to manage ) I am even considering going back for treatments on my hair. :)

ExtremeIy unprofessional!! I showed up for my haircut only to be told the only hairdresser present has been overbooked and is already busy with 2 customers at the same time, his book has been taken so he can't even see his appointmentsm and he will be busy till the end of the day. I had no choice but to leave disappointed. Waste of time!
Unprofessional. Arrived at venue 10:55 for 11:00 appointment, staff member arrived at 11 needing to open venue. Staff member cutting my hair did not introduce themselves or offer a drink. Asked me what I wanted doing, I replied that I wanted minimal off my length and trimming of layers. I was abruptly told that I was being misleading and should consider what I say. I found this offensive, rude and extremely unprofessional. I wanted to leave at this point but had already paid for the haircut. The haircut and blow dry was good but I was overwhelmed by the behaviour of the staff member. Would suggest staff need training in professionalism.
