Sorry to say not the usual standard or service I am used to. Got a phone call from Caroline telling me to cancel the booking on Wahanda and pay her in cash as she only takes cash. Said I could not do that. Then got an email saying my appointment was at a different time to that requested. Then got a phone call to say someone else was going to do my hair as Caroline "rents a chair". When I turned up for the appointment, someone totally different did my hair, Josh, who was very polite but obviously not what I was expecting. Really did not have a good experience this time. Magda usually does my hair and I am always happy.

The staff were really friendly and Eugene took a lot of time and attention to getting my highlights right and creating a cut that I wanted. The colour was really good and I had a great head massage thrown in during my hair wash!

Got a wash and blowdry from magda for my birthday really liked the blowdry stayed for my birthday all weekend she made it lovely and bouncy for me :)
