Sorry to say not the usual standard or service I am used to. Got a phone call from Caroline telling me to cancel the booking on Wahanda and pay her in cash as she only takes cash. Said I could not do that. Then got an email saying my appointment was at a different time to that requested. Then got a phone call to say someone else was going to do my hair as Caroline "rents a chair". When I turned up for the appointment, someone totally different did my hair, Josh, who was very polite but obviously not what I was expecting. Really did not have a good experience this time. Magda usually does my hair and I am always happy.
