I was not given the hairstyle or colour I asked for. I paid for baylage and was given low lights and left with lines and patches in my hair and I was not given a colour to cover my greys. I had to go to another hairdresser the day after to fix the state my hair was in! costing me more money. I have sent an email to the salon and they have not acknowledged this or responded.
