It was my first visit to this establishment, I explained I was after a change from my usual style, the hairdresser asked me what style that was, she then proceeded to cut my hair exactly the way I asked her not to cut it. And she did so poorly. The edges are not neat, the top is not blended with the back and sides, one side is longer than the other. The whole process took about 15 minutes, including a hair wash. I felt like they wanted nothing more than to get rid of me.
