I had a cut & blow at 9am in prep for a day out with friends. Had to re style my hair 5 minutes leaving the salon as all completely dropped out straight away. Only 1 pair of straighteners were being shared in the salon so I felt I was rushed anyway. I don’t want to leave a bad review against Ellie, she was a lovely girl but I specifically booked someone who had experience but Ellie cut my hair anyway. May as well not bothered as had to re-do my hair anyway which was difficult. Not happy customer

All staff are friendly, helpful and hard working. Sydnie always does my nails and toes really nice and they last few weeks as well. The mini pamper session is really relaxing too.
