The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The student didn't really customer service skills yet but then again I appreciated that she didn't make small talk. The balayage was ok, but she took too long doing the back so that the back was much lighter than the front which looked more orange. After using some violet shampoo it looks fine and it's so cheap that I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. I would still recommend them and will probably go back for a cut.

I have visited this salon/hair school and think the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming, really professional and the salon itself is to die for. The look is very unique. I have has both the trainees and senior stylists do my hair and I cannot fault the service. If I need to be in and out quickly I will choose the senior who is always busy but gives a top notch service. The trainees are keen and I am happy to have them do my hair as some of them have great skills. Recommended to all my friends and happy to travel to be pampered and preened😊😊
Happy with experience here - the venue is tidy and the staff are polite and welcoming.
I was also happy with my blowdry and will definitely be going back!
