Worst experience ever. Had highlights by an apprentice where there was little to no supervision, it was obvious she was unsure of what she was doing and not really invested in the overall outcome and there was definitely not enough input from a supervisor. When I expressed my doubts and asked for a more senior stylist to take over and assist (what I could already tell was going to be a horrific job) I was told that that wasn't an option and I had no choice but to let her continue despite being happy to pay the difference in cost. The end result was terrible, with highlights starting an inch down my head and either patchy coverage or overly bleached and orange result. When I complained I was told that I could come back next week for the same girl to fix it and was then charged double what treatwell had quoted, for half of what I asked for. Subsequently have had to visit another salon to fix as much as they could. I understand it's a learning process for all, however I recommend staff not be left to fly solo if they aren't confident in the treatment and for customers who value their hair to look elsewhere.
