Experience was good, but treatment was not really anything that couldn't do myself at home. I expected more but maybe I misunderstood. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. May use again for a blow dry
Started 20mins late, was left to sit and wait without anyone telling me when I would be seen, and no sign of anyone being free to do my hair! Had to ask what was happening before I was informed someone would come soon. Overall result was great though and stylist obviously great with hair. Nice clean salon.
It took a little longer than normal, but that is completely understandable given that it is a training salon and the prices are absolutely unbeatable. The lady that did my hair was very thorough and my hair colour and the cut are exactly what I wanted.
The salon was short of staff therefore the service took longer than expected, but overall very happy with the end result.
