Ruined my hair!!
I waiting an hour for her to start my treatment because she double booked myself and another girl.
I asked for a full head of highlights but because the lady was running behind due to not being a training academy anymore she rushed a balayage with bleach and put me under a heater for an hour and 5 minutes! I asked for blonde and got ice blue/purple. she said I was lucky not to have any breakage 🤣 my hair was literally snapping off as she was brushing it. she then gave me a temporary colour which washed out within a week!?! I've had to visit a different salon and had my hair cut really short to get rid of the candy floss ends she created. I was so gutted about this experience and would not visit again.
A lovely cut and colour from Laverne. She gave great advice and tailored my treatment to suit my hair. Really friendly - it was a pleasure to have my hair done and great value.
I was originally booked in for a balayage and haircut on Thursday last week. However I had a call saying there had been an emergency at the salon so we changed the appointment to today (Saturday). The call was made on a blocked number so had I not been able to answer I would have had no way of calling back. I arrived at the salon at 9.45 this morning and waited until 10.15, 15 minutes past when the appointment should have started. The salon remained closed with the shutters down, none of the numbers online or on the door of the salon connect and are not in use, I have still had no call to say they could not do my appointment today. Really disappointed with the service and have booked somewhere else.
