Salon was shut up when I arrived. No one called or emailed me to let me know they would be shut today. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of going to the salon. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I’m always very scared to try out new hairdressers, but I had to since I moved to London. Really lovely staff, the cutest dog in the world and I was happy with my haircut :)

The salon called to cancel my appointment. It was good that they let me know, but still rather frustrating that I had to change my plans.

This place is amazing!! Highly highly recommend - the service is great, I didn’t stop laughing from the moment I walked in until I left! The products used made my hair so soft! I will be back for balayage soon 💃🏻
