I booked a hair appointment for Saturday morning. On Friday I received a text message to say that the venue was closed for refurbishment and to reschedule. Initially my texts ere responded to and I rearrange for Wednesday evening however I never received confirmation of time / price and any further texts went unanswered, so I had no choice but to confirm I was cancelling my appointment.
