An alright haircut, not completely happy with the result but acceptable seeing as it is a training venue. Was not happy with the fact that the haircut I booked in for was £9.99, but on arrival they told me would be £15 and actually ended up being £25 - other reviews also mention this, it was not made clear when I came to the salon or on treatwell that I would be charged this. If I had wanted to pay £25 or more I could have gone to another salon and paid that for a haircut that took half the time and was a better overall experience. The atmosphere in the salon is uncomfortable and not that welcoming. The haircut took double the advertised time of 45mins-1hour so the salon need to amend this as it is not a clear guideline for a customer - I was there for 2 hours. The cut took an acceptable time as done by someone clearly trained but wasn't what I had asked for. The hair wash was done with cold water in uncomfortable chairs and the blow dry took far too long. Overall, unfortunately I would not recommend this salon and would not go back.

Booked the £10 haircut through this app. Haircut was fine but trainee took over 45 mins to blow dry my hair and it was so hot it was quite painful at times. Didn’t mind that it took long as understand that it’s trainees. The issue arose at the end when I went to pay and they tried to charge me £25 and then proceeded to argue with me trying to make me get out more money from a cash point despite the fact no one had informed me that I’d cost this amount. Left it on a very sour note

The girls who shampooed my hair were in training and were really nice and professional. Great to see at such a young age. My stylist was amazing gave me exactly what I wanted!
