Venue was ok however apprentice hairdresser needs vast improvement:
1) poured water inside my ears multiple times when washing hair so I was uncomfortable for the entire haircut due to the ongoing effects of this
2) kept breaking and snagging my hair when combing out lower sections
3) started blow drying my scalp on a really high heat and had to ask to reduce heat - this is not how you blow dry hair (i.e. focus on hair and not scalp)
