Was bombarded with brochures and things to buy and other treatments to come in for throughout the entirety of the haircut. The hair cut was also bad, with the most blockiest and badly blended layers I have ever seen. The blow dry was okay.

A salon that I would really love to go to more often and I will any chance that I get. I'm a very busy working person, mum and carer. They provide a truly kind and beautiful experience and in a league of their own. I received some excellent hair health advice, not a sales pitch. Everything is really genuine, respectful and of exceptional class. These comments relate to Chi herself, her colleagues and the salon.
