The salon was nice enough but unfortunately the hair stylist (there’s only 1 that works there) didn’t cut my hair the way i wanted. I showed pictures of a curly shoulder bob with layers and even explained how my hair curls and i left with 1 inch long hair on my back and sides, longer on top. Absolutely nothing resembling what i’d shown and asked for, which has left me not wanting to leave the house.
I didn’t want to leave a bad review so I contacted the stylist explaining that i was very unhappy and she returned a few defensive comments and then ignored me so unfortunately i feel i have to warn others. I’m not sure if she has never cut hair before or if she just had no experience with curly hair but either way, would not recommend.

I came for a wash, cut and blowdry. Nadera is an absolute lovely lady and offered me some really good hair advice. Good service and a friendly face really goes a long way, and I recommended her to a friend who I was visiting in Birmingham for the day.

I really enjoyed my visit. Nadera is friendly and helps you feel relaxed. She is delicate and listens to what you want as a customer this is so important. Nothing was too much. Thank you for looking after me.
