Arrived at salon with no one on reception and staff upstairs who didn’t come down till just before my appointment which seemed a bit rude. Lady cutting my hair was nice enough, however wasn’t happy about her comments about my hair’s condition, which were not very nice could have been phrased better. Plus when I asked for layers further back from the front, she proceeded to just cut the front layers even shorter.

Would highly recommend, although Hollywood waxing is very intimate waxing your made to feel calm and at ease and I un- judged very professional environment
