Arrived at salon with no one on reception and staff upstairs who didn’t come down till just before my appointment which seemed a bit rude. Lady cutting my hair was nice enough, however wasn’t happy about her comments about my hair’s condition, which were not very nice could have been phrased better. Plus when I asked for layers further back from the front, she proceeded to just cut the front layers even shorter.
