A nail file was used to remove gel polish. Not just the top layer either, all of the polish. No drills or even acetone and I did query this at the time. It was extremely slow but more importantly, very uncomfortable as the skin on my fingers were also rigorously being filed by accident. After 3 fingers, I knew I couldn’t tolerate 10 and had to stop and go elsewhere. I reached out to the salon who said that I would be refunded but have since continually ignored us when authorisation was requested

Rav was a lovely girl with a bubbly personality. She explained Everything about my facial and then did the facial. OMG !!! my skin looks so good I’m definitely coming back here.❤️
