Sensi is lovely, however the receptionist always calls me the day of the appointment asking me to come earlier than the time I booked (weeks in advance), once even cancelling my appointment only 4 hours before it was scheduled however I was at work and couldn’t answer the phone so was not aware it had been cancelled. She apologised and my next appointment was discounted however she continues to call me on the day of my appointment every time I go, asking if I can come earlier than my booked time

Waxing was fine. Unhappy about facial. Facial was booked for 10am and this was confirmed on email for 10am. App then said 10.30am. Which I thought was fine. But hen had to wait around 30mins until they did my facial so it was around 11am until they did the facial and she finished it in half an hpur. So i paid for an hour's treatment but facial lastedd 30 mins. Not happy and so not worth it!
