Nadera was very professional and made me feel very relaxed. She listened to exactly what I wanted and adapted when I asked for more length off. The massage chair at the wash station is also a very lovely touch.

It was my first ever Hollywood wax (or any wax of that region) and I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. Very warm, professional environment. Would go again, and would definitely recommend
