I would never book an appointment here again. Bare fingers without gloves should be used to wax someone's most intimate area. I had to stop the wax because I could not believe no gloves were used. This was also the case for the post oil. The beautician also asked me a number of really personal questions such as; 'what race I was', 'where I lived', 'where my parents lived' it was really invasive.
