Maha is a lovely woman , very kind very respectful and makes me feel comfortable. However as mistakes and things can happen I did report that my wax wasn’t completed to how it should be for what I paid for and I was faced with awful customer service from the manager , refusing to refund me even though he saw all the photos of visible hair that was not picked up , told me to come back even though I live two hours ago and it will cost me more to get there than the wax costed. Lost a client
