It's easy to navigate the website and get an appointment, overall the therapist and the reception are welcoming and friendly. However, one of the treatment rooms downstairs smells and has some bad odour. It's hardly relaxing when you come in for a facial or any treatment. Sort that thing out and it will be much better for all concerned.
