I went it for a trim - so it would be a bob below my chin. The length of my hair is fine but when I got home and straightened it, I realised how uneven it is. It's so bad that I can't wear it down. I now have to pay to have it redone, and the length as a result is going to be too short. Little attention to detail was given and it felt very rushed. My fringe is also wonky. The experience was fine but the cut is probably one of the most uneven I've ever had. It's not one length or straight at all
