I choose to pay more for William as he was labeled as a Senior. I never had such a bad experience.
I have wavy hair, easy to cut as you can't notice little imperfections. I only asked for a bob cut with a little graduation at the back. He just wouldn't get it symmetric.He tried to fix it but failed. I even told him I'd be happy to get the money back and go somewhere else he insisted to fix it. It was better in the end but I still have random chunks of hair out of place. And it's not symmetric.

Good service, but wasn’t massively happy with the over all cut. Nothing particularly wrong just not what I wanted. Will go again though as previously been great, might have been an off day
