I don't want to be mean but I want to be honest. I'm an ex-hairdresser so I know what I'm talking about. The salon is clean, William is personable and polite but his technical ability is not up to scratch. The foils for the highlights were not to the roots, the sectioning wasn't done right so they were inconsistent, and the cut was not what I asked for. He did try to correct the highlights but it wasn't satisfactory. Maybe he had an off day but I wouldn't go back.
