I had a horrible experience and will definitely never visit this salon again. I had booked a haircut for my 4 year old daughter. It was meant to be her first haircut ever in preparation for her start of school. She was very excited. When we entered the salon (at least 5 minutes before our appointment) Bia told us that she could not do the haircut as she had just accepted another client! My daughter started crying. Bia acted very unprofessional and I left with my crying daughter!

Bia was fantastic as always. This is the only Brazilian Blow Dry that has ever properly worked for me, and I highly recommend it.
