My experience with Ellie from beginning to end was perfect . All staff were very welcoming but Ellie was professional,friendly and,helpful . Ellie made sure I was comfortable during my time in the salon offering refreshments and looked after me . She has a lovely way about her and I felt very calm and relaxed , she listened to what I had to say and let me know what was going on at every stage of my highlights . Ellie is an asset to the company . And my hair was absolutely stunning
