First time at the salon and there was a delay in my delivery of hair extensions Jenna stayed back at work for 3 hours to fit me in that day a huge thank you for that. Jenna is fabulous gives great advice and is brilliant at what she does. I would highly recommend this salon

I feel like Jenna really listens to what I want. She gives advice but is never pushy. I feel very safe in her hands. So pleased with my colour and binds. Also know if there was any tiny problem (which has never happened) that I could ring and Jenn would sort it out for me. Gives great advice in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
