I feel like Jenna really listens to what I want. She gives advice but is never pushy. I feel very safe in her hands. So pleased with my colour and binds. Also know if there was any tiny problem (which has never happened) that I could ring and Jenn would sort it out for me. Gives great advice in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Jenna does such a good job of my hair extensions. My hair is thinning due to medication. And this treatment is to help my hair grow while looking good. No one would know I had extensions they are so tiny but make such a difference to my confidence.
