Yaz was very welcoming and friendly, she has a wonderful energy about her. She immediately eliminates any uncertainties you may have regarding the process & establishes clear and honest expectations. I made sure to provide her with as much information as possible about the condition of my hair, the desired outcome, & whether it was achievable. She kept in constant contact during the process to make sure I was fully informed and comprehended her method, while also staying attentive to my needs.
