Overall, I'm very happy with the results. The perm turned out well and there is little breakage. Metin was super nice and considerate as well. In terms of cons, I received a phone call that my appointment would be delayed by 30 mins while I was already on my way there. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to finish but was offered coffee. Getting a trim/haircut was not included. I think given the price point and results of the perm, I would still highly recommend!

I swear by this salon. I always have my hair cut here and I keep coming back each time. The care and attention to detail is amazing. I am particular with my hair and get really nervous about cutting it but I feel so supported and calm whenever I get my hair cut here.
