Bleach was too strong and left inches of hair just breaking off at the ends as I ran my fingers through my hair. The hairdresser kept telling me this is normal. I also got charged extra Â£45 for toner which I felt was overpriced.

Best manicure I've had, the results are fantastic, the beautician was a perfectionist and really made sure the nails looked great even staying open late to finish them properly.

I had to wait a while for the nail technician to arrive. But once she arrived she did a nice job of my nails and I was happy with the finish.
