Don't arrive 5 mins late! I arrived 5 mins late to the appointment due to traffic and then got told I had to wait another 20 mins as they were cutting someone else's hair now. When Ihad my hair cut it was good and lovely man.

Appointment started half an hour late and then took over 3 hours for short hair. Metin started out very nice but I asked him to do thin highlights and could see they were very thick, he got cross and challenged me when I double checked he was doing them thinly. At the end when I wasn’t happy with the colour or highlights he was aggressive and dismissive of me.
The other staff seemed kind.
