Booked the first appointment of the day so I can go in and out. The aesthetician was last and had to wait 15minutes. Then was told I’d be second as a customer is on her break and needed to be seen now. What should have been a 10minute appointment turned to 30. No refund or discount either. Had a good experience the last time but will not be coming back.
