Ladies' Haircuts
I have come here twice before and had good experiences but on this 3rd time I was very very disappointed. I usually have Luigi and have been happy with him. This time, I had someone different - I am not sure of the man's name who cut and colored my hair. It might have been Joe? In any event...my cut is nice but I have hair dye all. over. my. face. Not just on my hairline, but there are also splotches on my cheeks and my neck! In all the years I have been getting my hair colored I have never ever had an experience like this. It was so bad that the guy gave me a pack of wipes that are supposed to remove the dye but they aren't working. Not to mention, at one point the manager started to yell at the staff about something which made me feel very uncomfortable. I guess 3rd time is not a charm...won't be going back.
Hair Colouring
Although my stylist was friendly and the receptionist welcoming unfortunately the cut was one of the worst I've ever had. My hair lacks shape and just hangs down around my face, something that was hard to see when it was blow dried straight but is really evident when it's freshly washed. I was really hoping this salon would be my new regular place but I won't be going back.

Haircut was just ok. Venue wasn't great, staff gossiping loudly the whole time, didn't make for a very nice atmosphere. Won't be returning.

The ladies were so welcoming and friendly even the lady who I spoke to over the phone. Tina did my hair and she gave me great advice on how to take care of it. She was amazing! Not only she cared about the condition of my hair but she managed to get achieve the colour I wanted. My hair feels so soft and fresh! She knew what she was doing and did my hair quickly but efficiently. I definitely will recommend this place and will definitely go back!
