Blow Dry
Was disappointed to not receive the lighter colour that I asked for, and Daniel didn't mention that toner would cost extra so was met with an additional cost at the salon. Nice atmosphere and Daniel was very kind but not happy with hair.

Ladies' Haircuts
Had to wait 20 minutes which wasnt ideal, as I was under time pressure. Whilst I applaud other customers' not being rushed through their appointment, for me its important to manage customers who are waiting - especially when they are sat there. A good blow dry and really reasonably priced.
