Venue isn't keeping their availability updated on Treatwell. I turned up for my 4pm appointment, only to be told they had double booked and wouldn't be able to see me until 4.45pm. I went there during office hours, and had walked 25 minutes to get there, so had to leave wasn't able to get my hair cut that day. If they'd kept their systems updated, I would have known they were busy and been able to get my hair cut at another venue. So would advice against booking this venue unless you don't mind waiting 45 minutes.

My stylist Paul understood what cut I wanted and explained what he was going to do and what he was using on my hair very good cut and really pleased with my hair would definitely recommend and sure I’ll be back

I booked into this service & arrived at my appointment to find that the person doing my hair was not in & wouldnt be able to complete it. His colleague kindly offered to do it an hour later but I was unable to stay.
