Nicole is a lovely person, however her hair cutting skills need serious improvement. I asked for a simple straight haircut. It was definitely not cut straight - I was left with a huge chunk of hair longer than the rest. I had to cut it at home because I could not go out in the world like this. She gave me a blow dry so it was impossible for me to notice it when I left the salon. I wish Treatwell could allow attachments as I have a picture with the haircut.
