I had my very first relaxer here which was such a breeze. Lorna was great in checking in on me every now & then to ensure I was feeling comfortable & that my scalp wasn't on fire. She also gave me many tips along the way on how to take care of my newly relaxed hair & suggested products I could use which was greatly appreciated. I had my appointment in the morning, so the atmosphere was chill and relaxed. By the end of my appointment is when it started to get busier. Overall, a great experience!

Really lovely experience. Stella was fantastic and immediately made me feel relaxed with a friendly greeting, she knew exactly what she was doing and listened to what I asked for, would recommend.
