It was the first time I’d been to this salon, Sue was friendly and helpful. I get quite anxious in the hairdressers, Sue made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was professional and answered any questions I had. I have Long Covid/ CFS/ME and she even thought of ways I could do my hair with my condition, she was really inclusive in her language and ideas. I would definitely recommend. I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user, I left my mobility scooter outside and there was 1 step in to the salon.
