Sue was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as you walk in you are given a lovely, warming welcome. She spends time with you chatting to determine what you want and giving you help and guidance to make sure you're really happy with your choice. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable chatting as if you've known her for years. Normally, I dread going to the hairdressers, I find it an incredibly awkward experience. But Sue has changed that for me. I look forward to my next visit.
