The studio was in a nice and convenient location. And although they hadn't cut my hair before, I felt that they didn't listen to me to help me achieve the look that I wanted. The cut wasn't necessarily what I wanted, unfortunately, although I thought I communicated what I wanted. Maybe just an off day. I don't think I'll be back.
