Lovely stylist but the curly blow dry was a little ineffective and turned into an almost straight blow dry immediately (until my naturally curly hair kicked in and rectified itself over the next few hours)

Absolutly loved my pre-chrimbo haircut, neaten up nicely. Really friendly staff, had a hot coffee to sip on while Min snipped away with a beatuiful result. I will definatly be returning.

Went in for a haircut, which happened 45 late so was given a free conditioning treatment for my wait. The wash was a bit rough and hurried then more shampoo was applied after my treatment, which seemed odd. The haircut turned out okay in the end but there was no proper consultation or interest in what I wanted. Had to course correct as we went through. Was given a couple of shampoo sachets and a mini blowdry spritz bottle at the end as an apology for the wait. Overall it was an okay haircut with slightly impersonal but polite enough service.
