Great little salon in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a keratin treatment done and it was clear that the stylist knew what she was doing and took time to make sure the treatment was done properly
Very poor treatment. Salon was overbooked, hairdresser left me waiting with the treatment on my hair for more than an hour (whilst cutting other people's hair), then rushed the straightening, resulting in a poor overall effect. Would not recommend.

I have been to this venue a few times and have always been satisfied, however last time I went in for essentially just a trim and thought that the price was a bit steep for that. Also, I didn't get a head massage as part of the treatment (which I wouldn't have expected if it wasn't for the fact in the product description it says you will get one) but I do like this salon otherwise I wouldn't keep going back!

I would advise confirming your booked treatment when you arrive! I have never had to before but despite booking a wash & cut, and having it confirmed via email and on the wahanda app, the salon had me down for a wash and blowdry. This didn't become clear until my hair had been washed and was being blow dried. However the blow dry was lovely (though sadly had to be washed out) and the cut was fine, though by the end felt rushed and uncomfortable.
